We're now hiring for a dual-role position : Cashier / Enforcement Officer, based both in-office and outdoors. This is a varied and vital role combining admin, customer service, and enforcement duties. The Role: What You'll Be Doing As a Cashier & Admin Officer (Office-Based): Handle payments and advise the public on payment methods Respond to general enquiries in person and over the phone Maintain accurate records and ensure all admin procedures are followed Deliver excellent customer service to the public and internal teams As an Enforcement Officer (Field-Based): Operate an ANPR vehicle to identify untaxed vehicles Clamp, remove or impound vehicles in line with procedures Complete all enforcement documentation (CLE2/6, condition reports, evidence photography) Liaise with DVLA, Police, VOSA, and other agencies Attend daily briefings and ensure all enforcement equipment is in working order Work flexibly across different locations and occasionally take on other duties as required ✅ What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Computer literate and admin-savvy Confident working both independently and in a team Able to deal with conflict calmly and professionally Full UK driving licence required GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths What’s in it for You?
