Main Purpose of Role
This post is responsible for the overseeing and direction of self-employed window & door, conservatory and roofline installation teams. Responsible for ensuring the workmanship and skills of the installation teams is maintained to a satisfactory level through on-site observation, training and recruitment to achieve a high-class home installation of our product range in our clients homes. As installation manager you are responsible for the collection of all debt on installations. This role requires you to drive.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Ensuring the satisfactory completion of installations allocated to your installation teams.
2. Regular on-site supervision and quality control of installations.
3. Ensuring that customer relations are maintained to the highest possible level and being the first port of call to resolve local installation issues.
4. Collection of all debt on allocated installations.
