What the Job Involves The role involves acting as an assessor for social work students and overseeing continuing professional education and learning programs. You will support and coordinate work placements within the social care sector, while monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of professional development programs. The position requires collaboration with team managers, higher education institutions, and other stakeholders to foster a competent social work workforce. Additionally, you will deputize for the Training Manager and contribute to workforce development initiatives, alongside researching and presenting new workplace learning technologies and methodologies.
