Job Title: General Production Operative

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a General Production Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Cumbernauld. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, physical capability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
o Handling and moving large, heavy aluminium panels
o Supporting production processes on the shop floor
o Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
o Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
o Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
o A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
o Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling of heavy materials
o Willingness to work in a demanding, hands-on environment long term
o Reliable, punctual, and committed – this is not a short-term or temporary stop-gap role
o Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
