As Sous Chef, you'll:
* Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
* Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Be accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
