Access to health checks and virtual GP appointments. About you As a Central Reservation & Events Co-Ordinator, you'll be the initial point of contact for guests making bookings across our pubs. Your core responsibility is to expertly manage our booking systems, ensuring accuracy, maximising occupancy and revenue. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining full compliance with data protection regulations. The role will be a hybrid position working Monday to Friday between home, pub visits and commuting to our Head Office for initial training and then as scheduled. Head Office is based in Little Stanney, Chester. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working in hospitality, whether in pubs, restaurants, hotels, or event co-ordination.
