We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a great business initially on a 2-month period, with the likelihood of extension. Based from Gloucester, England, you will be paid a day rate dependant on experience.
The main purpose of this role is to provide operational support to leaders, managers and colleagues to deliver a 'best in class' HR service across the business.
Within this role your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery and implementation of the HR strategy and continuing to enhance the delivery of the HR team
Establishing and developing relationships with people leaders and managers to understand strategies, plans and key challenges
Coaching, advising, challenging and influencing to ensure that approaches are in line with policies, procedures, best practice and employment law
Delivering sound generalist HR operational advice
Supporting the implementation of change management processes
Our successful candidate will:
Have knowledge of UK employment law
Be able to demonstrate excellent critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
Have demonstrable experience of delivering a customer focused employee relations service at a strategic and operational level
Have the proven ability to think and plan strategically, shape next stage service improvement and deliver to agreed timelines
Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and standards
Have experience of analysing people metrics and developing systems to deliver quality information that supports business decisions
