About PASS Ltd Founded in 2001 and with a team of 150 PASS Limited is a leading supplier of test equipment, calibration and electrical training. We supply and service test and measurement equipment to industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and Facilities Management companies. ​ Each month we process hundreds of calibrations for customers from all around the country from plumbers to electricians and some of the largest Companies that you can think of. We are now looking to grow our team, and that’s where you come in. Our people make “PASS” so we would really like you to join us and play a part in our growing success. We require a full-time administrator to work in our busy calibration administration team in Welwyn Garden City. Later in the year we will be relocating to a new larger facility located in Stevenage. Ideally with Service centre experience or working in a similar customer service role you will be responsible for the following: Dealing with customer enquiries and quotations over email, telephone and face to face. Matching of paperwork and preparing customer invoices. Great telephone manner and confident in resolving customer queries and issues. This is a very busy office so you'll thrive in that type of environment. Dealing with internal colleagues in order to resolve daily issues and order queries. The successful applicant must be a problem solver, confident and have the ability to work as a team player within a very busy calibration office. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with either a customer service background, retentions experience, service background or complaints handling experience. You must also be extremely proficient with a PC and most Microsoft applications.
