Product Manager - London Hybrid - £50–60k 🚀
Most programmatic PMs we speak to are one of four or five in a team, working two steps removed from the commercial reality of the product, submitting tickets into an engineering queue and wondering why nothing ships fast enough.
This is properly different.
One of the UK's most established names in out-of-home advertising, 400 people, a global footprint, and serious revenue, is rebuilding its DSP from scratch. They have had a functional platform since 2021. Now they're doing a full end-to-end redesign to build something genuinely best-in-class, and they need one person to own it.
You'll have a dedicated team of 12 engineers, direct access to leadership, and a mandate to make real decisions. The platform already trades meaningful volume. The stakes are real. They're not looking for someone to manage a backlog - they need someone who understands how programmatic buying actually works and can be the bridge between the commercial team and 50 engineers.
If you've come up through a DSP, SSP, or been genuinely embedded in programmatic buying at a media agency, this was probably written for you.
