£30,000 - £50,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
* Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures.
* Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
* Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
* Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
* Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
* Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
* Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.
Requirements And Skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
* A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
* Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
* Resilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.
* Clear communicator who enjoys relationship building.
* Collaborative team player, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
