Job Title: Conservatory Service Engineer
Location: Midlands (Field Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Conservatory Service Engineer to join our growing team covering the Midlands region. This is a field-based role focused on servicing, maintaining and repairing conservatories to ensure they remain safe, functional and performing to a high standard.
The successful candidate will visit residential properties to carry out inspections, servicing and minor repairs on conservatory structures, glazing, roofing systems and associated components.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in conservatories, glazing, windows/doors, roofing or general building maintenance who enjoys working independently and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled servicing and inspections of conservatories

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where required
*
Adjust doors, windows and roof systems
*
Replace seals, hinges, locks and other components where necessary
*
Check structural integrity and ensure installations remain weatherproof
*
Provide clear reports following each service visit
*
Maintain a high level of customer service when working in customers’ homes
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
Requirements
*
Experience working with conservatories, windows, doors or glazing systems
*
Practical engineering or installation background
*
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
*
Good communication and customer service skills
*
Full UK driving licence

Conservatory installation or servicing experience
*
Window and door installation background
*
Roofing or glazing experience
