Solid Scent Co. is a bold and innovative fragrance brand redefining how people wear scent. We craft solid, sustainable, and travel-friendly fragrances designed for modern, on-the-go lifestyles. As we expand across digital platforms, we’re looking for a creative and proactive Content & Influencer Executive to bring our brand to life online and build meaningful influencer relationships
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and executing content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Plan and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks), including scripting, basic filming, and editing with support from the team.
* Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer on visuals for carousels, stories, and branded campaigns.
* Research, identify and liaise with micro- and mid-tier influencers aligned with our values.
* Coordinate influencer gifting and assist with campaign reporting and tracking.
* Monitor social media trends and translate them into engaging, on-brand ideas.
* Work closely with the digital exec and web team to align organic content with paid and onsite campaigns.
* Support in reporting and analysing content performance using native platform analytics and insights tools.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in content creation or influencer marketing (agency, freelance or in-house).
* Demonstrable understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends, with examples or a portfolio.
* Creative copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
* Enthusiastic, organised and a self-starter.
* Passion for beauty, fragrance or lifestyle industries.
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
