About the role:
You will be a key member of the Housing and Support team, delivering excellent housing and support services. As often the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will handle inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality customer service, positively impacting residents and their support networks. Your responsibilities include reception duties, first aid, fire marshal duties, health and safety, and welcoming new residents and members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to residents and visitors, creating a positive experience.
* Diverse Role: Manage reception tasks such as calls, mail, repairs, and payments, and ensure safety and security of the premises.
* Safety and Security: Act as first aider and fire marshal, conduct patrols, and monitor wellbeing and facilities to maintain a safe environment.
* Welcoming and Supportive: Greet new residents, address complaints, report anti-social behaviour, and offer empathetic support, reporting concerns as needed.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with experienced housing advisors, contributing to a supportive team environment and making a difference in residents' lives.
