Marketing Manager — Machinery / Capital Equipment Industry⭐
A rapidly expanding machinery dealership group is seeking a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their marketing presence and elevate the brand to best-in-class standard across social media, digital channels and industry events.
This role is ideal for someone who can transform marketing activity into a professional, high-impact output similar to leading players in the sector.
What you will do
* Manage and lead the full marketing strategy across digital, social and events
* Upgrade the quality and consistency of brand output across platforms
* Produce content for social channels, campaigns, and case studies
* Plan and manage trade shows, open days and customer events
* Work closely with sales & operations to align marketing with growth plans
* Support product launches and dealership expansion initiatives
* Use analytics and insight to improve engagement and lead generation
What we’re looking for
✅Strong background in marketing (B2B, industrial or capital equipment an advantage)
✅Hands-on content creation ability (social, photo/video, digital campaigns)
✅Confident in taking ownership and setting marketing direction
✅Creative mindset with solid commercial awareness
✅Comfortable being office-based and working closely with senior leadership
✅Willingness to learn the sector if coming from a different industry
