Responsibilities: We provide direct oversight of programme(s) and project(s), with financial and outcome accountability, reporting to a CTO Change Lead. We build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, and Finance, and work with peers to generate reports as required. We work closely with our CTO Change Lead and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and group strategy, values, and behaviour. We provide executive-level overviews of progress and generate status reports and cost reports. We conduct financial analysis and contextualize financial data into business activities and conclusions. We ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures at project/programme level as set by the bank, regulators, and CTO PPM Practice. We identify and escalate budget-related risks, issues, and opportunities to the CTO Change Lead. We use the banks approved AI tools to deliver optimization opportunities across the portfolio team. We define and deliver process enhancements to streamline project engagement, budgeting, tracking, and controls. We generate ad-hoc reports as required to support proactive delivery and execution.
