Job Description Job Summary: Provide support to the Warranty Administration team. Carry out tasks associated with processing of warranty claims, and RMA’s, following policies and procedures set by Raymarine. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Process and evaluate daily submitted RMA notifications and warranty claims for accuracy. Ensure claimants submitting RMA notifications and warranty claims adhere to the Raymarine warranty policy. Resolve disputed Warranty RMA’s and claims in a timely manner in accordance with the warranty department KPI’s. Provide necessary documentation to support queried or rejected claims. Provide support to Subsidiaries, Distributors, Services Agents and Dealers. Respond to customer queries and co-ordinate resolutions utilising both Product Support and Repair Personnel. Maintain and update spreadsheets used as tool to evaluate RMA’s and warranty claims accurately. Assist with the rebilling of defective products via the vendor rebill. Manage the OEM Beneteau and Jeanneau returns process. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Core Competencies: PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel & SAP Must have excellent communication skills Must remain calm and professional under pressure High level of accuracy & attention to detail Good level of numeracy Able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business and customers Must be able to operate as part of a team and be a team player 3 GCSE Grade A-C including Math’s & English Experience in Customer Service Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
