Role: Partnership Solutions Coordinator

The Role:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. The Outsourcing Solutions Coordinator will work closely with team members, Customers, and our Sub-Contracting partners to ensure that all planning activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule.
What to Expect:
1. Proactively contribute to the success and performance of the business by establishing strong relationships with other key internal and external stakeholders.
2. To communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to both customers and our Sub-Partners
3. To liaise with customers with regard to the progression of planned jobs.
4. To answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the team`s SLA.
5. Administration duties as and when required
Who are we looking for:
6. A good understanding of VPS platforms and portals
7. A team player
8. Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to plan and prioritise own workloads
10. Ability to solve problems and remain calm whilst under pressure.
11. Self-motivated, able to adapt to different circumstances and to work unsupervised
