Role overview

As the Super-Sod HubSpot Specialist, you\'ll play a vital role in driving business success by configuring and customizing the HubSpot platform to support efficient sales workflows, optimize lead management, and enable data-driven decision-making. You\'ll act as the go-to expert between the Sales Hub, CRM platform, and internal cross-functioning teams, manage user access, build automations, and fine-tune workflows to maximize impact. This isn\'t a customer-facing role, but your behind-the-scenes collaboration will empower sales teams, improve system performance, and help the business thrive through clean data and streamlined processes.

Required Experience

* 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales software support, implementation, presales, or site admin experience in HubSpot
* 3+ years of technical experience optimizing systems to improve efficiency and solve complex challenges
* Understanding of sales lifecycles and sales team operations
* Strong technical aptitude with experience managing HubSpot CRM, automation workflows and 3rd party integrations, including ERP integrations
* Experience with team enablement and training
* Skilled in communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams
* Must be 19 years of age or older
* Pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screening required
* Clean driving record with no major or excessive violations within the previous 3 years

Required Education and Certifications

* BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
* HubSpot Sales Software and Marketing Software Certifications

Location: This is an in-office position at our Charleston Headquarters with the potential for hybrid work 1-2 days per week.

Travel: This position requires 25% travel time.

Essential Functions

* Optimize HubSpot for Sales: Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to support efficient sales workflows, lead management, pipeline tracking, and automation
* Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure they have the right tools, reports, and automation to close deals quickly and efficiently (Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Call Center Reps)
* Automate Lead Management: Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows, scoring mechanisms, and smooth transitions between marketing and sales teams
* CRM Administration and Management: New user setup, building dashboards and maintain organized, up-to-date sales data, segmentations, and reporting to ensure clean and accurate information
* User training and documentation for system-defined processes
* Troubleshoot and support for HubSpot (manage vendor support)
* Sales Attribution & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports that track lead sources, sales performance, and revenue impact
* Manage Sales Data and Analytics in HubSpot: analytical thinker; interpret data, generate insights, and present strategies to boost sales performance
* Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of sales-driven campaigns, including email automation, follow-up sequences, and prospecting efforts
* Integrate Tech Stack: Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Zapier)
* Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and refine HubSpot workflows, automations, and processes to optimize efficiency
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with leadership to align HubSpot strategies with business goals

Supervisory Responsibility

System Admin, responsible for managing overall performance of the Company\'s CRM dashboard, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies, and training/supporting marketing & sales team on using these tools.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office and, in some cases, from a remote offsite location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and digital e-file systems.

Physical Demands

The employee is primarily sedentary but will occasionally be required to stand or balance when conducting onsite troubleshooting, as well as use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires good manual dexterity and coordination. This position may require lifting up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours can change at the discretion of the CTO; though typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend and evening hours may be necessary.
