Job Summary
A rewarding position requiring flexibility, travel across Northern Ireland, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Carry out responsive repairs to tenanted properties.
2. Perform works in void properties.
3. Conduct gas and oil servicing as required.
4. Itemize work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises.
5. Ensure high-quality standards in all work.
6. Uphold Data Protection Policies.
7. Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as needed.
8. Undertake other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Health & Safety
* Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Report accidents or safety issues appropriately.
* Follow all risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Observe manual handling practices.
Qualifications and Experience
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent.
* Eligible for OFTEC and Gas Safe Register.
* Completed oil training courses.
* Gas qualifications (e.g., CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1).
* Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.
* Full UK Driving License.
* Experience in construction or plumbing/heating industry.
