You’ll be responsible for:
1. Delivering client-focused outcomes through robust cost planning, procurement, and effective project management aligned with strategic KPIs.
2. Upholding integrity, managing budgets ethically and driving net zero carbon transition for sustainable project delivery.
3. Managing teams and stakeholders, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve excellence.
4. Managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, ensuring compliance and effective reporting.
5. Managing estimating, cost planning, and valuations, presenting accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
6. Overseeing contracts, claims, and completion processes, driving successful project outcomes.
7. Mentoring teams, embed continuous improvement, and champion net zero carbon transition across all delivery activities.
You’ll need to have:
8. Degree in quantity surveying, project management, or equivalent.
9. Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent development.
10. Proven delivery expertise in property or infrastructure projects.
11. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder leadership, and sustainability knowledge.
