What the Job Involves The role involves managing a pod of social workers responsible for section 47 enquiries, assessments, and interventions with families in need of services to support their children's welfare. You will supervise social workers within your pod, handle a duty pod on a three-week rotation, and work from the office during duty weeks. You will also provide support to other duty pods and cover management responsibilities, especially when the team manager is on annual leave.
