Job Description
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Provide safe and secure medicines management and reconciliation service to the agreed standards.
* Manage prescriptions and interventions, providing face to face advice to patients.
* Provide continuity to care to patients upon discharge of care.
* Build strong relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
* Share information relating to medicines optimisations and drug regimes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD)
* Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience
* A driving licence is essential for this role.
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.

Site operate a 4 week rolling shift pattern working long days for 1- 3 weeks, followed by 1 short week. Monday to Friday: 07:45 - 17:30 Wednesday to Friday: 07:45 - 15:00, You'll receive an annual salary up to £45,101 per annum - depending on experience.
