Executive Assistant to the Groups Director

Location: Rotherham S63 7ER

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Confidential Support: Provide seamless, professional, and confidential support to the Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of their office.
2. Diary Management: Organise and maintain the Group Director's schedule, appointments, and email management.
3. Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, book venues, and manage logistics.
4. Event Organisation: Assist in planning corporate events and official visits, including drafting communications with stakeholders.
5. Visitor Management: Welcome visitors and occasionally conduct tours of Head Office.
6. Administrative Tasks: Produce letters, reports, briefing papers, board papers, and presentations.
7. Independent Decision-Making: Work independently and make decisions in the Group Director's best interest.
8. Adaptability: Act positively and effectively when faced with changing priorities.
9. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, and draft minutes for various meetings.
10. Office Systems: Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, and support specific projects as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Result Areas:

1. Consistent positive feedback from the Group Directors.
2. High accuracy in work produced, including minutes, letters, and emails.
3. Demonstrated commitment to self-development and continuous improvement.
4. Effective support in achieving the Group Director's strategic objectives.

Training and Development:

1. Attend all mandatory and service-specific training.
2. Actively participate and contribute to training sessions.

General Responsibilities:

1. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
2. Comply with GDPR (2018), Equality Act (2010), and other relevant legislation.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Ensure reliable and punctual attendance.
