Introduction
We are seeking an experienced corporate governance professional to join a growing Corporate Secretarial team supporting European clients. Based in Hampshire and working closely with colleagues in Luxembourg, this role offers the opportunity to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional portfolios while contributing to the continued expansion of a high-performing function.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee complex corporate secretarial portfolios, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance
* Review, correct and approve deliverables prepared by junior team members
* Draft and oversee complex minutes, resolutions and transactional documentation
* Organise and attend board and general meetings, preparing detailed governance materials
* Coordinate document execution, filings and regulatory submissions across multiple entities
* Act as a key client contact, providing strategic governance support
* Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements
* Support client onboarding and business development initiatives
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience in corporate administration or legal compliance (Luxembourg/funds experience desirable)
* Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance frameworks
* Proven leadership and portfolio management experience
* Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
* Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
Hybrid working is 3 days per week in the office 2 from home. This is after the initial settling in period of 3 months where you will be expected to be in the office 4 days a week.
