Role: We are hiring 2 Credit Control Administrators on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business. This role will oversee credit control administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:30 and Friday 9:00 – 17:00. After successful probation (6 months), we offer hybrid working (3 days at home).
Safeguarding: A Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.

More About You
Property management experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages, and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
