Workforce Personnel are seeking compassionate and experienced Care Workers to join our client’s dedicated team on a permanent basis, supporting residents within an independent living setting.
Role Overview:
You will provide person-centred care and support, helping residents maintain their independence while ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, and committed to making a difference.
Key Duties:
* Assist with personal care, dressing, and mobility.
* Support with medication in line with care plans.
* Encourage independent living skills such as meal prep and household tasks.
* Provide emotional support and companionship.
* Monitor wellbeing and report changes promptly.
* Keep accurate, confidential care records.
* Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience.
* Genuine passion for care and independence promotion.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
* Flexible to work shifts, including weekends/evenings.
