We are currently seeking a Data Privacy Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on data protection, data privacy, and AI regulation, including compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, EU AI Act, and Digital Services Act (DSA). Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with data protection, data-sharing, and information governance provisions. Lead on data privacy documentation, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs), DPIAs, and DSAR responses. Support implementation of privacy frameworks, data governance programmes, and regulatory compliance processes across products and operations. Minimum Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in the UK with relevant experience in data privacy, information law, or technology law. Demonstrated experience advising on data protection regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy) and emerging digital regulation (e.g. EU AI Act, DSA). Experience gained in private practice or in-house environments supporting commercial and data-driven organisations. Strong understanding of data lifecycle, data governance, and risk management, with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
