Contribute to IT projects as needed. Here's what we're looking for in candidates: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support services or consultancy. Proficiency in MS Win 10/11 Desktop and MS Office 2016 support. Familiarity with Anti-Virus Technologies (Eset / Bitdefender). Strong skills in MS Server 2016 AD / GPO / Rights / User administration and Certificate management. Experience in MS Exchange 2016 Administration and MS Terminal server administration/support. Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/Router/Firewall/WIFI issues. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP. Experience with Remote access tools. Willingness to attain Microsoft 365 accreditations MS900, MS102. Desirable: Experience in managing HyperV patching & upgrades, Microsoft 365/Exchange/SharePoint administration and migrations. Proficiency in scripting and task automation using PowerShell. Familiarity with Backup technologies (experience with Hornet and Acronis products is desirable). Relevant Microsoft certifications in Networking/Desktop/Servers. Experience with VoIP systems (CTX) - troubleshooting and administration.
