Senior Civil / Principal Civil Engineer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to join an established Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy based in Lisburn. This is a key technical and leadership role, supporting the design and delivery of projects across a range of public and private sector developments. The successful candidate will lead civil engineering design from concept through to construction, take responsibility for technical quality and project delivery, and support the development of junior engineers. Projects typically range from £1m to £20m, with larger schemes up to £40m. You will be delivering work across commercial, education, healthcare, community, sports and leisure sectors. You will join a team of approximately 20 engineers, the majority of whom are Chartered, providing strong technical support, mentorship and guidance for candidates working towards Chartership with direct management from an ICE mentor.
