Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience delivering IT training to varied audiences Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify technical concepts Confident presenter, able to engage large and diverse groups Experience running phishing simulations and awareness campaigns Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work independently while collaborating across wider teams Previous exposure to cyber security environments Experience with immersive simulation platforms is advantageous Responsibilities: Plan and deliver cyber security training initiatives across both technical and non-technical audiences Lead phishing awareness campaigns and email security training programmes Design and deliver an annual Cyber Security Awareness Month (webinars, content, campaigns) Coordinate and run cyber security simulation exercises and drills Partner with business continuity teams to ensure continuous improvement from lessons learned Build and manage an internal Cyber Champions Network Engage and communicate with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance delivery and engagement Technologies: Network Security More: We are a global organisation looking to enhance our cyber security culture through a growing security awareness programme.
