Job Description
We’re hiring a Venue Operations Manager at Legends Brighton.
This is a key leadership role within one of Brighton’s most established and high-energy seafront venues - bringing together a 40-bedroom hotel, busy bar, and late-night nightclub operation.
We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware operator who can lead from the front while driving performance across all areas of the business. This role requires someone comfortable managing complexity, high-volume service, and the realities of a venue that operates from day through to late night.
Key focus areas:
• Leading and developing a team of 30+ staff
• Overseeing day-to-day operations across hotel, bar, and club
• Driving revenue growth and improving overall performance
• Maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and guest experience
• Working closely with senior leadership on structure, planning, and delivery
About you:
• Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality or late-night environment
• Strong operational leadership with a hands-on approach
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and deliver improvements
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
