The Role
You'll design and build production-grade ML infrastructure and tooling — then help our clients actually use it. Expect variety, ownership, and problems worth solving.
You'll be:
* Building scalable infrastructure for LLM training, fine-tuning, and deployment across client environments
* Integrating ML frameworks and tools into cohesive, enterprise-ready solutions
* Translating client requirements into robust platform architecture
* Staying sharp on the latest in AI and MLOps and bringing that knowledge to every engagement
You'll need:
* MSc/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
* Hands-on experience building and training AI models, with LLM pipeline knowledge a strong plus
* Strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, DeepSpeed, or vLLM
* Experience delivering ML platforms or tooling in enterprise settings
* Solid grasp of model deployment, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data management at scale
* Clear communication and the ability to work independently with clients
