You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role may involve helping at the tills, advising customers, or supporting the back shop.
Responsibilities
* Help customers by listening, answering questions, giving product advice, recommending items, and offering a basket.
* Learn and promote in‑store offers and schemes to customers.
* Assist in smooth store operations: prepare displays, provide excellent till service, and manage stock in the stock rooms.
* Collaborate with team members to create a great shopping experience and maintain a clean, presentable store.
* Accept award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
Qualifications / Essential Skills
* Excel in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
* Communicate and listen effectively.
* Enjoy working as part of a team and promote collaboration.
* Pay attention to the small details that improve customer interactions.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service.
* Experience working in a retail environment.
Additional Requirements
* Flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including weekend shifts.
* Capable of traveling to different stores within the geographic area.
* Must be 18 years old or older.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after six months in role.
