Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: 2 years of experience working in an IT department in a Technical/Administration role Degree or higher education preferred, but not essential MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred, but not essential Demonstrated experience in communication across diverse stakeholder groups Proven collaboration skills to effectively deliver and empower teams Innovative problem-solving abilities to identify improvements in workflows Commitment to continuous improvement and skill development Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to colleagues via phone, email, teams, or in-person when needed Collaborate with our third-party IT support partner to ensure support requests are logged and resolved within SLA Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues beyond our third-party support scope Keep detailed records of user problems, solutions, and escalations Manage communications with suppliers to acquire software or hardware Process and manage purchase orders for IT equipment and services Ensure timely raising of purchase orders and liaise with suppliers Oversee the logistics of IT goods, ensuring accurate delivery Maintain relationships with key suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services Support the cyber security manager with various initiatives for data security compliance Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance tasks Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems Develop and deliver user training on software applications and IT policies Assist in IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations Assist with automated workflows using Power Automate Manage and support SharePoint sites, assisting with configurations Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for users globally Conduct regular software audits and ensure compliance with licensing agreements Provide holiday cover for key IT personnel Technologies: Hardware Support Security SharePoint Network Office 365 Power BI More: We are a dynamic organization committed to delivering efficient and secure IT operations that align with our organizational goals.
