Our global Search client is seeking an experienced Associate (Senior Administrator) to join their team. Located in the City, working in a smaller 'boutique office' of 20/25pp, the role is to provide broad support to a team of consultants along with assisting with broader support to ensure the office is running smoothly.
This is a senior post where duties will include, data gathering, research, transcribing information into electronic format, providing support in scheduling client, recruiter and candidate meetings, interviews and video conferences as needed. Data processing, updating and archiving along with managing the physical office’s needs including inventory, checking on the maintenance of office equipment and handling incoming phone calls.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience, providing support at senior level (C suite) in an administrative capacity, ideally gained within executive search, recruitment, law firms, professional services. Graduated to degree level ideally.
Personality is key, upbeat, a positive energy, team player - an excellent communicator. Someone who who enjoys a support role, IT savvy - with a gsoh. Flexible attitude.
City location, hybrid (1-2 days wfh). Hours 9-6pm
