Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and delivering capital works programmes that aim to improve the energy efficiency and condition of Glasgow's housing stock, including pre-1919 tenements.
A key part of the role involves ensuring that works programmes align with local and national policy outcomes related to housing and sustainability.
You will also develop policies concerning retrofit/energy efficiency measures for housing and contribute to the development and implementation of Glasgow's Housing Strategy and Investment Plans. The role requires experience in working with partners to deliver projects, influencing others to achieve results, writing reports, and managing projects.
