We are seeking an outstanding teacher with a passion for working with children with SEMH needs. The Primary Inclusion Team was established in 2015 and has earned a reputation across Salford schools for partnership, inclusion, and challenge. We require a teacher with excellent skills in meeting the needs of children with SEMH needs in mainstream classrooms and strong classroom behaviour management skills.
The appointed person will:
* Understand the reasons some children have difficulty accessing mainstream education
* Possess excellent communication skills to support staff in mainstream schools across the authority
* Be confident in having supportive and challenging conversations with senior leaders in mainstream schools
* Be an effective and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Have experience delivering high-quality and engaging training
* Show resilience and self-reflection
