Are you an experienced sales person in the industrial or valve industry?
Would you like to join a growing company who provide excellent in-house training and an annual bonus for hitting targets?
This company are a well-established, main distributor for knife gate and butterfly valves across the UK. They supply into industries such as waste water and industrial services, as well as bulk handling and paper pulping industries. They have manufacturing plants across the globe and excellent financial backing to drive sales worldwide, growing into the leading distributor on the international stage.
On offer is the opportunity to become a vital asset to the sales team, to drive the growth of the business to new heights. You will be chasing new leads and closing new business deals in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate must have a good technical knowledge of valves and their purpose in the industries they are supplied to.
This role would suit a driven sales person with experience in selling valves and actuators in a B2B setting, looking to join a company with a global presence who provide the possibility for progression into more senior sales roles.
The Role:
Receive and evaluate customer enquiries by phone and email.
Record and track customer details and needs on the CRM system.
Liaise with other departments, internal, and external sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner
Follow up quotations and account queries with customers when needed
Prepare all orders for processing
The Person:
Experience in a B2B sales role
Technical knowledge of valves and actuators
Full UK driving licence
