My client, a well-established financial firm based in Sutton Coldfield, is actively searching for a dedicated Financial Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team in a permanent, fully office-based role. The successful candidate will work directly with a newly appointed financial adviser, providing a consistent and crucial one-to-one working relationship.
The Role
As a Financial Administrator, you will provide close operational support to your dedicated financial adviser. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing client files and documentation for meetings.
* Processing new business applications and managing follow-ups with providers.
* Liaising with clients to gather necessary information.
* Ensuring all client records are accurately maintained.
* Using financial services software to assist with planning and administration.

* Strong experience using Intelliflo and FE Analytics.
