We are seeking a motivated and experienced Children's Team Leader to lead shifts and ensure the highest standards of care for children in a residential setting. The role involves planning and managing shifts, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, and providing leadership and support to the care team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary - £14.75 - £15.00 p/h + sleep-in allowance
Expected hours: 40 per week plus sleeps

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and lead shifts, ensuring children are kept safe and engaged.
Work flexibly, including office hours, early mornings, late nights, regular weekends, and bank holidays.
Manage all risks in line with company policies and procedures.
Provide reports and documentation reflecting the progress of the young people using paperless systems.
Act as an advocate for the young people while using a positive parenting model.
Job Requirements:
Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (essential)
Full UK Driving License (essential)
Clean DBS
Minimum 1 years' experience working in Children's Residential
