BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PROFESSIONAL CATERING EQUIPMENT
ABOUT THE JOB
in this role, you will act as the key business interface between Electrolux Professional and our new customers whilst owning the relationship with all the key stake holders within each new chain account that you are aligned to, External stake holders include CEO's, MD's, operations managers, Directors/procurement, property teams, franchisees, training & technical teams. Whilst doing so ensuring to work with Internal stakeholders, to include :HOD, sales team, chain SOP, Category managers, Marketing, technical design, culinary trainers, technical team, Customer care, SDA, Finance.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
1. Expand partnerships by offering tailored equipment solutions aligned with customer needs.
2. Lead growth initiatives with each new client, ensuring they are equipped to support their business objectives.
3. Collaborate with new customers to define and implement strategies that drive mutually profitable growth.
4. Deliver comprehensive end-to-end support, including store design, route-to-market planning, installation, training, aftercare, and Essentia services.
5. Develop a targeted prospect list of potential chain customers with clear calls to action.
6. Convert prospects into active, engaged customers.
7. Establish a robust joint business development plan with each customer.
8. Manage and formalize contract agreements effectively.
9. Drive and track top-line sales performance.
ABOUT YOU
10. A university degree is preferred.
11. Familiarity with the commercial food sales sector.
12. Strong financial and business insight, including experience with profit and loss (P&L) management.
13. A solid understanding of corporate social responsibility principles.
14. Awareness of broader economic trends and their impact on the industry.
15. Good knowledge of key competitors and market positioning
