Job Description – Content Creator Apprentice The Opportunity Our client is recruiting for an Content Creator Apprentice to join their team in Bournemouth. The Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational. The steps you take will provide you with valuable first-hand experience, knowledge, skills and qualification to help really drive your career forward. The Position Job Title: Content Creator Apprentice Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship Duration: 15 months Assessment Location: Bournemouth, Poole Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 The Opportunity This is not a “make social posts” kind of role. This is a hands-on creative apprenticeship for someone who wants to learn how to produce enterprise-level content that genuinely influences decision-makers. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, thought leaders, and marketing strategists to plan and deliver content that sparks engagement with C-suite executives and revenue leaders across the world. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of content formats and channels — from videos and podcasts to reports and digital experiences. Role and Responsibilities: · You’ll create, collaborate, and learn across multiple content formats, including: · Social Media: Plan, draft, and schedule thought leadership content for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts. · Video & YouTube: Support with scripting, editing, and storyboarding for short- and long-form video content. · E-books & Research Reports: Help design and compile data-driven assets and insights for enterprise audiences. · CMS & Website: Update and maintain marketing pages, ensuring consistent branding and SEO alignment. · Event Curation: Assist in the coordination and promotion of in-person and virtual industry events. · Podcast Production: Research guests, draft show notes, and contribute to editing and distribution. · Webinars: Support the end-to-end process — from registration pages to post-event engagement. · Interactive Media: Contribute ideas and assets for quizzes, surveys, and other engagement tools. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: You’re curious. You’re creative. You’re the type of person who reads about AI tools, tries new software just for fun, and thinks about how technology shapes the way people work. You’re early in your career, but you’ve got strong instincts for storytelling and a hunger to learn. You might have dabbled in TikTok, Canva, YouTube, or Figma or maybe you’ve written blogs or produced a mini documentary for a project. Most importantly, you’re someone who’s not afraid to experiment and is eager to learn from a fast-growing, innovation-driven team. You’ll Succeed If You Have: A genuine interest in technology, AI, and innovation Strong written communication and storytelling skills Basic design or video editing skills - we love Canva!
