Shift Manager duties will include –
* Manage production resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
* Maintaining and building teams, driving the correct training, coaching, and development.
* Producing detailed, high-quality regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Involvement in high-value projects and improvement of the overall performance of the site.
* Implementing and maintaining the highest standards of quality control, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
* Driving innovation and implementing the latest industry best practices to enhance a competitive edge.
Shift Manager requirements include –
* Proven success in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
* Ideally experience, or knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate.
* A strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* A commitment to sustainability, quality, and safety standards.
* Mechanical engineering degree (HNC/HND), or other relevant engineering training.
