The Job:
For this role our client is seeking a PA to support the Founders of their business in central Bristol.. This role is to provide high-level administrative and operational support to their Co-Founders and they are looking for someone who is able to provide organised and professional support, with confidentiality and discretion. This role will be varied and will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, diary management, international travel and much more.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Diary management:
2. Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.
3. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Oversee hotel, travel, visa, and transport bookings, producing detailed itineraries for all involved
4. Social Media Administration: Administer and monitor social media activities, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence
5. Plan, organise, and execute company events and screenings, collaborating with colleagues as needed to ensure all logistical details are managed efficiently and within budget
6. Take minutes in meetings as required.
