* Produce and review project documentation, ensuring high standards and consistency
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project standards, processes, and templates
* Support PMO activities including reporting, dashboards, and project tracking
* Build strong relationships across the University and with external partners to share and apply best practice

You’ll be someone who brings a blend of project delivery, communication expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a passion for improving services and driving change.
Essential experience & skills
* Strong project management capability (planning, delivery, evaluation)
* Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex information clearly
* Experience creating digital content, documentation or stakeholder communications
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, including at senior level
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience facilitating workshops or collaborative sessions
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
* Experience in higher education or a complex organisation
