We are currentlyhiring on behalf of an excellent alternative provision academy, supportingchildren aged 5-11. With the vision to re-engage excluded or marginalised youngpeople. The school currently supports 90-100 students, with class sizesreaching 10 students. This allows for an enriching and impactful learningexperience; you will be working alongside a school who really care about thewell-being of their staff and their students. Giving them the best chance toreach their full potential!
Your new role
Working closely withyoung people that face social, emotional and mental health challenges.
Supporting thesestudents with integrating back into education after exclusion, as well asproviding additional support to those with special needs or challengingbehaviour. With high quality teaching, creating and maintaining affectiverelationships; your role is a key part of the running of a class. Supportingthe teacher and students, allowing them to really flourish, enjoy and get themost out of their learning environment.

We ask that allappointed candidates have minimum of 1 years' experience within SEN.
