Job description
Praetorian Security Solutions require SIA Door Supervisors for various contracts in the Blackpool area due to start imminently.
Rate of pay is £ p/hour - increase in pay dependent on experience.
Applicants must be:
* Smart and presentable
* Be able to complete paperwork and incident reports
* Courteous and approachable
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Punctual and reliable
* A professional attitude with excellent judgement and integrity
* Vigilant to any possible situation
* Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and bank holidays
* WEEKENDS ARE A MUST
* Be able to provide 5 year history to complete vetting and screening
* To be able to work well as an individual and as part of a team
* Be able to liaise with police and other authorities when necessary in order to create a great working relationship
* Good attention to detail
* High level of enthusiasm and passion for the industry
* Previous military experience would be advantageous
Job Duties:
* Supervision of entrances and exits of the given venue
* Prevention of and attending to security incidents with the upmost professionalism
* Carrying out regular patrols of the area
* Acting as a deterrent and support to other employees and visitors
* Monitor CCTV equipment when necessary
* Reporting and recording incidents
* Assess the suitability of customers and continually monitor behaviour inline with venue policy
* Ensuring customers leave the venue and/or refusing entry when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
