In this role, you will: Supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared work. Maintain a calm, focused, and productive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support students with their learning, keeping them on task. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement. Gain hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groups.
