Responsibilities
* Regional Support Manager is responsible for providing support to all operational managers, teams and colleagues.
* Lead in coaching and guiding operational teams and colleagues based on business demands in both regulated and non-regulated services.
* Closely support the Operation Manager to ensure services in their portfolio are delivering excellent quality care to the People We Support (PWS) with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial success.
* Assist or manage any service that requires support, and this may include working flexibly across a 7-day period, varying shift times, plus overnight stays.
* Be responsible for ensuring services are fully competent in using office management systems, adhering to policies and procedures, and understanding Local Authority/Safeguarding/CCG/NHS as well as other customers contractual requirements.
* Lead by example and ensure all teams are performing their daily duties to a high standard whilst promoting ETHOS values in everything they do.
* In the absence of a Registered Manager, be directly responsible and accountable for service compliance in line with the requirements of the regulatory body; this may include registering with the regulatory body as the Registered Manager when required.
* Deliver the quality, financial, health and safety, and regulatory requirements of Voyage Care services within the South West region.
