What you'll be doing
As a Technical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our formulation and product technologists. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate and readily available, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional products. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to drive progress and innovation in our product offerings.
Key responsibilities
* Support formulation activities aligned with our 3-year NPD, EPD, and PLM plans.
* Ensure compliance of technical documentation with WBA policies and procedures.
* Collate and manage data using Excel and industry-recognised databases.
* Organise meetings for the technical team and take detailed notes.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
* Strong organisational skills and experience in data management.
* Proficiency in IT packages, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude towards improving processes and efficiencies.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in a technical or administrative role within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
* Familiarity with product development processes.
